Registration provides access to all conference functions, educational sessions, commercial and educational exhibits, Best of the Best Social & Networking, the Wednesday General Session, Wednesday Welcome Reception, Expo Show Grand Opening Lunch Wednesday and Expo Lunch Thursday.

Registration Deadlines
Pre-registration: Registration form, verification of membership and payment must be postmarked by February 19, 2010. Confirmations and tickets will be mailed by February 19, 2010.
Onsite Registration: After a postmark date of February 19, 2010, no registrations will be taken in the CPRS office; you must register onsite, increased fees apply.

Number 5 Goes Free!
Agencies sending four or more paid full delegates to the conference get a free registration for the fifth delegate. Members of the group can be professionals or commissioners/board members, but they must be affiliated with the same agency. To qualify for the group rate: 1) all registrations must be received in one package; and 2) a separate form must be completed for each delegate.

Daily registration fees are available, please see pages 27-28 for prices. NRPA and other state association members must have their membership card when registering onsite.

Can’t Attend?
Registration may be transferred to another representative from your agency at no charge until January 22, 2010. Fee difference will be assessed if necessary due to membership status. A $25 administrative fee shall be charged when a request is received after January 22, 2010.

To Request a Refund
A refund request must be received in the CPRS office no later than January 22, 2010. A $25 fee will be assessed on all conference or institute registration refunds received by that date. Refund requests received between January 22 and February 19, 2010, will be assessed 50% of the registration fee paid. Your conference badge and tickets must be returned with your written refund request. No refunds will be granted after
February 19, 2010.

Preregistered delegates may pick up their conference program at the Palm Springs Convention Center during registration hours.

Wear Your Badge
Your conference badge serves as your admission to the exhibit hall, Wednesday general session, Welcome to Palm Springs Reception and all Wednesday-Friday educational sessions. It may be required for other conference events. If you lose your badge, you can replace it in the Registration Area with appropriate identification and a $20 replacement fee. Please note: meal tickets cannot be replaced.
